  I had a tree that I bought there along with a few others. It was guaranteed for two years. After two years, it was mostly dead and looked awful. I showed the manager some pictures of it and asked about the two year guarantee. He wouldn't give me a new tree because he said it wasn't completely dead. I went home and cut it down and threw it away. It was hopeless.

  Staff is friendly. The selection and prices are... odd though. A single stick of bamboo for the price of an entire pot of it in other places? There are terrariums set around but they've grown algae all up the sides and that's not super attractive. I was interested in a bonsai but as the salesperson touches it, the branch snapped it was so underwatered. It'd died ages ago and was just a dried husk. The staff is friendly though.
